Call Recording & Archival

Yes. Nexsus CallConfine is designed for SEBI-mandated voice recording requirements for broking and financial institutions. All recordings are securely stored, indexed, and accessible for compliance review. Our Centralized Recording Solution also supports SEBI 1600 Series outbound call routing.
Retention period is configurable based on your compliance requirement. SEBI currently mandates a minimum 5-year retention for trade-related calls. Nexsus supports custom retention policies with secure archival on your on-premise servers or centralized storage.
Yes. With CallConfine's Web Sync & Dashboard, authorized users can access, search, play, and download recordings from any location with internet access. Role-based access control ensures only authorized personnel can view specific recordings.
Yes. CallConfine uses on-device recording at the branch — it records locally even without a network connection. Recordings sync to the central server automatically once connectivity is restored.
Yes. CallConfine Pro records all incoming and outgoing calls on Android smartphones used by dealers. Recordings sync automatically to the central server and are available in the compliance dashboard.
CallConfine supports Analog (2/4 wire), Digital (BRI), PRI (E1 — 30 channels), and VoIP (SIP) lines. It is compatible with virtually all PBX systems and can be deployed on existing telephony infrastructure without replacement.

Contact Center Solutions

CallBalance is the complete blended contact center platform — it handles both inbound and outbound. Aiveares is a dedicated inbound solution (IVRS, ACD, queue management). MaxDial is a dedicated outbound auto dialer. For most enterprises, CallBalance is the all-in-one solution. Aiveares and MaxDial are for organizations that need only one direction of calling.
Yes. CallBalance, Aiveares and MaxDial all support PRI (E1) and VoIP (SIP) lines. The Centralized Recording Solution architecture uses SIP trunks from Tata or Airtel and supports both inbound and outbound SIP routing.
Yes. The web-based agent application works from any laptop with an internet connection. Agents can handle calls via softphone (with USB headset) or via their mobile phone — no office hardware needed. Our Centralized Recording Solution is specifically designed for distributed and remote dealer setups.
Yes. Nexsus CallBalance supports routing of all outbound transaction calls through SEBI-mandated 1600 Series SIP lines. The system automatically routes dealer outbound calls through the 1600 Series number — dealers do not need to dial differently.

Deployment & Infrastructure

Yes. Nexsus has 5000+ site deployments across India — including metro cities and tier-2 locations. We have experience deploying across large multi-branch enterprises with 100+ locations simultaneously. Our managed services team handles remote and on-site support across the country.
For the Centralized Recording Solution, no IT hardware is required at the branch — all infrastructure is at the center. Dealers only need a mobile phone or a laptop. For on-premise recording (CallConfine), a small recording device is installed at each branch.
A single-branch CallConfine deployment typically takes 1–2 days. Multi-branch PAN India deployments are planned in phases — typically 4–8 weeks for 50+ branches depending on infrastructure readiness. We provide a detailed deployment plan before starting.
Yes. Nexsus provides structured support through Managed Services and Facility Monitoring Service (FMS). FMS includes a dedicated on-site Nexsus engineer for business-critical environments like broking firms, monitoring applications through trading hours with daily reporting.

AI & Trade Reconciliation

AI Compliance Intelligence converts voice recordings into actionable compliance data. It transcribes calls to text, detects trade intent, extracts trade details (scrip, quantity, price direction), summarises calls, identifies sentiment, and flags potential compliance risks — all automatically.
No. Call recording captures and stores the voice. Trade Reconciliation maps those recordings to specific trade records — linking the voice evidence of a trade instruction to the actual trade executed in the system. This is specifically required for SEBI compliance in stock broking.
No. AI Compliance Intelligence works on top of existing CallConfine recordings. If you already use CallConfine, you can add AI capabilities without changing your telephony setup.
