What is FMS

On-Site Operational Monitoring for Deployed CTI Applications

Facility Monitoring Service (FMS) is an extended service for existing clients using Nexsus CTI products. It helps monitor the performance, productivity and availability of deployed applications through a dedicated engineer stationed at the client office.

The FMS engineer ensures applications are functional before the start of trading hours, continue to work throughout trading hours, and remain monitored until data synchronization is completed at end of day.

  • Managed by Nexsus support engineers deployed at the client office
  • Daily reporting to client SPOC with issue tracking
  • Coordination with branch in-charges through application dashboards
  • Structured escalation to Nexsus troubleshoot officers
  • End-of-day data synchronization verification
Operational Phases

FMS Coverage Through the Business Day

FMS responsibilities are structured across three phases of the trading day to ensure continuous coverage.

Start of Day

Verify application availability before trading hours begin. Send readiness reminders to branch in-charges to start dedicated application systems.

During Trading Hours

Monitor application status, performance and productivity in real time. Resolve issues directly where possible. Coordinate with Nexsus troubleshoot officers for escalated issues.

End of Day

Track completion of data synchronization across all locations. Prepare daily reports, review issues, and support root-cause analysis for any incidents.
